Welcome to NTEU Chapter 212, a dedicated advocate for federal employees across Health and Human Services (HHS) Operating Divisions and related agencies in the Western United States. Our chapter proudly represents all federal bargaining unit employees at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Office of Medicare Hearings and Appeals (OMHA), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), and other HHS OpDivs located in Arizona, California, Hawaii, and Nevada.
